Thank you for following up on our billboard.  As Dr. Graham noted, only Jesus can truly help us with our problems, and that all begins with an invitation to make Him Lord of our lives.  Please read the following information (How To Become A Christian) to see how you can enter into a relationship with the One who created you, loves you, and has great purpose for your life both now and forever.  You are loved more than you can comprehend!

How to Become a Christian

Becoming a Christian is the most important decision a person can make. It begins with a prayer to receive Jesus Christ as your Savior, and continues with a life-long commitment to make Jesus the Lord of your life.

God Loves You And Created You to Have a Personal Relationship With Him
"God loved the world so much that he gave His only begotten Son so that anyone who believes in Him will not perish but have eternal life" (John 3:16). "And this is eternal life - to know God and His Son, Jesus Christ" (John 17:3). You were created to have a meaningful relationship with God, but sin prevents this from happening.

Our Sin Prevents Us From Having A Personal Relationship with God
"Knowing what is right to do and then not doing it is sin" (James 4:17). "All have sinned and fallen short of God's glorious ideal" (Romans 3:23). "Your sins have cut you off from God" (Isaiah 59:2). God loves you but your sin prevents a relationship with Him.

Through Jesus Christ, You Can Have A Personal Relationship With God
"I am the Way, the Truth, and the Life. No one can come to God except through Me" (John 14:6). "Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name by which we must be saved" (Acts 4:12). Jesus Christ is the only One who can reunite you with God.

You Can Establish A Relationship With God By Asking Jesus To Be Your Lord and Savior
"To all who received Jesus, He gave the right to become children of God. All they needed to do was trust Him to save them" (John 1:12). You can become a Christian by saying a prayer similar to this: "God, I recognize that I am a sinner who is in need of your forgiveness. Thank you for sending your Son, Jesus Christ, to die as the punishment for my sins. I now receive Jesus as my Lord and Savior, and ask you to forgive me of my sins. Please help me to be obedient and committed to you for the rest of my life. Amen"

After becoming a Christian, the Bible states we are to be baptized and join a church. We would be honored to assist you as you begin your new life with Jesus Christ. Please let us know about your decision to become a Christian so we can celebrate with you.
